About FITA’s 1% Customer Rebate
The FITA/KeaneTel Program gives customers 1% back on telecomm services purchased through KeaneTel or an authorized KeaneTel agent in the form of:
- FITA Air Travel Dollars (free airline tickets)
OR
The FITA 1% Customer rebate is administered and funded by FITA, and is in addition to any discounts and/or other promotional considerations a customer may receive.
FITA Air Travel Dollars™
- FITA Air Travel Dollars are based on 1% of your invoice(s) on qualifying products and services.
- Customers redeem FITA Air Travel Dollars for airline tickets: domestic or international, any airline, anytime, any class of service, AND free tickets qualify for frequent flyer miles programs – a double bonus!
- FITA sends you a welcome letter, authorization form and monthly FITA Air Travel Dollar Statement.
For example, a company that spends $8,500 per month can earn $1000 in annual FITA Air Travel Dollars!
FITA Gift Cards
- FITA Gift Cards are based on 1% of your invoice(s) on qualifying products and services.
- Customers can choose gift cards from Starbucks, Best Buy, Office Depot, Target, etc.
- FITA sends your customer a welcome letter, authorization form and bi-annual (January and July) FITA Gift Card Statement.
For example, a company whose invoices average $1000 per month will receive FITA Gift Cards worth $120 during the year!
